Most of the questions have already been answered quite appropriately, so I won't repeat them. Revenue from the ads go towards running the site and no, I don't make a living from it. Actually, it has slightly reversed my "fortunes" but that's for another story . If I was into the site for making money I would be selling mobile phones in the classifieds

well I have gotten so hooked to Techja (and it only been a couple months). I personally wouldnt want to see it shut down cuz of lack of funding, and we all now it takes money to run anything esp. in Ja. So Mr. chris if ya pocket long enuff fi run tech Ja. fi a long time then thumbs up to ya sir but if not maybe u should try making some money with techja....and might i add im not suggesting a subscription service

Well I wouldn't support the subscription services either, cause I'll be the first to leave, I came here to share information and learn a little too so I dont see why I would pay to do so.. Anyways on the other hand there are members who make sales in the classified and mobile section and over there seem like a really lucrative business, so If push comes to shove I say they should contribute back to running the site.
