yeah its nice, I only like the matisse feature in gui development, absolutely astounding. Anyhow I still prefer Eclipse, nothing beats that on features.

Well Jbuilder and Netbeans allow the programmer to work in an environment that really fosters productivity. Creating Webbased / Desktop applications / Mobile Apps become as easy as 'Just Click' . The debugging, refactoring and team development capablitis of jbuilder are REALLY impressive. Not sure about NB5 but JBuilder from X to 2006 even come with tools to even generate Native executables if you want to target a particular platform. Eclipse i dont like. eclipse based IDE's . The only problem with JBuilder is "It aint free". That is, the Developer and Enterprise Editions which are the versions with the most covetted features.

I think u forgot to mention that of the three eclipse is the most widely use, not only can it do java, but c, c++ and php.
and it has the ability to be extended with plugins. In my opinion its the best IDE of all the three, its has a lot more functionality than those two, Its refactoring is top class that I can't find in any other IDE. also stuff like code formatting wasnt avalible in Netbeans or JBuilder when I used it.

A number of additional features in Eclipse make it a more effective tool for Java programmers, such as QuickFix, QuickDiff, and easy navigation within source code using bookmarks or the class outlines. You'll also find strong support for CVS.
