The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Management.
• Microsoft Office Specialist Certification – MOS and/or CompTIA A+, Network + and/or Microsoft Certified Professional – MCP/MCSE/MCT
• Flexibility and be multi-skilled, have excellent presentation skills, good judgement, be dependable.
• Be disciplined and dedicated to very hard work.
• Be focused on providing positive quality service to external and internal customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• To present instructor led Application courses
