sounds like a virus my darling, now there are two ways to go about sorting it.. the dilligent "i'm getting paid way" or the looseman "*&##@$ this **^%$#%, wish paat mi windows XP cd deh, dis a reinstall NOW" way.
let me know if you have partitioned and/or your data is safe and we can decide how to go about finding your solution.

    tll you what you do.....
save all your stuff from my docs and outlook if you use it.

    then....

boot into administrator and delete that account you have and set up a new one.

bye bye bad profile and welcome to the new one.

should help you tremendously.....of course you will have to setup back all your loverly window dressings but a so it go. think of it as spring cleaning....
