Web Page/custom written software pricing
i am a web page design and also a software developer.
i am having a problem when i build my web pages and softwares i dont know how to price them.
sometimes i feel as if i am robbing myself.
could body please help me on the pricing of web page and my softwares.
or please direct me the a link.

It's good to get an idea of what the competition within your industry charges in general. That can be a starting benchmark for you to float within that window.
Also, if you really walk-the-walk and you bring extraordinary talent to the table, you can up-charge on your services to a premium level above the competition. I've never heard of anyone getting fired for hiring Oracle or IBM - if you catch my drift.
Personally, I charge by the hour up to 30 hrs, above that, it's a per project basis going forward.
