    ODPEM is running on DotNetNuke...dunno what version they're using, but the later versions of DotNetNuke have been pretty secure, for something like this to happen they were most likely using an outdated version, or not paying attention to other very basic aspects of the server config. e.g. poor passwords, IIS configuration, SQL Server config....ect

    I see what they're saying, but how hacking a little Jamaican site going get their news out? if they want recognition then they should go try hack a well known site like msn or the fbi =)

    from what im seeings i dont even think these guys are even hackers, they probably just learnt a trick and trying on low security websites where its easy to gain access and re-route the dns

    These Palestinian hackers hack and deface all kinds of government sites. Jamaica is just small fry. MSN and FBI as u said have better security thus harder to deface.

    These guys r real hackers trust me. Ive been to forums where they display and boast on government sites they have hacked
