    many intelligent switches or routers are not spoofed so easily. and in this day and age, spoofing a mac is not the easiest thing to do

    its not as hard as you think.. it can be done in windows by changing a register key and on linux by using ifconfig.

    to tell you the truth, i have never tried it before but know it could be done. Gonna look into it more.

    Mac Address of the network card wireless or cable it can be found if he knows what he's looking for.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.
    There is no way for them to know the exact location the Laptop is as in which chair I'm sitting in once I'm using the wireless but they can know that i'm near a certain router or access point which i feeding off.
