600 youth targeted for IT training

The project, based on the Microsoft curriculum, will see students learning how to use the internet, design web pages and develop computer programmes.
Now this is interesting. I would love to see the training program that this is to follow. I am not being pessimistic, but it would be interesting to see how the plan to implement this. Is it a senario where the programme all the areas or will student get to pick and area more suited for them. How long does each programme last (or the program itself if it is intended to cover all aspects).
