What are the requirements for hosting a server?? specs wize? cause I have a server here that just sitting and nah sa nothing. What kinda bandwidth we talking? ps do no send me a link to WOW site about this

WoW is the real deal, Silk is crap no offense but its true.
Pay for WoW? lol no way takes ages to level on real WoW server, i like having a life.

I did not know you can play WOW for free...what are the set backs ? any restrictions ?

i currently played on norganon offficial server....can you down load free game make trial account user info...then log on to free server and play..if so I will be on right away....

Dude u can do anything for free nowadays, yes its free, restrictions, what u mean:S? Set backs? Yes, that only thing of concern is that because its not the official servers not all the talents work, but most of the stuff work and its jsut as good. This is a plus to me but i dont want to spend 7 months trying to get to level 70 :S This server has its rate modified so i get a higher exp bonus from quests, mobs and better drop rates, but its not to the point where it makes the game retardedly easy. There is also another server from the same place that has Bnet like exp rates for those who want to suffer through the horrible leveling rates.

Or i didnt see the full question, World of warcraft is free for downlaod from almost anywhere. Just download the original game run the lastest patches and u can then use the free server. WoW doesnt require anything special to install, no cracking or illegal serials. Thats the way how this game works, the only thing is that if u want to play on the official server ull need the CD key which u get from buying the game, which u need to start an account. Other than that u wont need it since ull be using the free one. Hope this helps

Thanks for the info... I have already played WOW through the 10 day free trial
I have a level 20 warlock (which rocks) That character is on norganon server which I assusmed is is an official WOW server...

Tell me which server you are on so I can start over on that one...also...are you saying that since when I make a free account on official website after the 10 days I calog in anymore.... are you telling me that if I
re-download the game from say download . com
and load the game I will see the FREE servers on the server list automatically
then If I select the free server and type in any random username and password i will go in....
if not where do I sign up for free account... not a noob just wanna be sure....

nope no new download needed. The server is using the latest Blizzard Patches so you should be fine.
