PHP on Windows

Netcraft is reporting a growing trend of PHP being used on Windows.
And some big sites like Nokia and Sony

from my extremely biased point of view.... sounds like the first step towards migrating to Linux.

Definitely sounds like the first steps in migrating to Linux. What we must bear in mind is that companies will not switch to Linux overnight for several reasons. One reason may be that they still have some "life" left in the license fees that they may have recently paid over to MS.
