    if i remeber correctly, i think it is raid 3

    i can't claim i knew this and forgot but raid 3 sounds right but i'm going with raid 5, final answer

    3 and 5 are both stripping with parity, 3 uses a dedicated disk for striping, 5 strips across all disks.

    I chose 5 because it is more widely used than 3.
