    problem had to do with a relay station in mexico (Hurricane Wilma)...I feel as you guys do but some level of understanding is required....it is not a perfect world.

    yep....the understanding is there but bwoy the hell that i had to pu up woith just to get this adsl up and running i had to be on their backs like everyday and had to laise with the technical department to follow up on it and ting but its all good........its up and running now so no complaning.

    yea scabz from the other day mi notice it start move lame and also mi getting some errors in the connection regularly where i have 2 disconnect and reconnect back....

    So i'm just riding out the rest of the month then tell them F U!!!

    Well, after last nite + this morning and the day when I posted this, the net is back up for me. Back2Normal

    yup, C&W as well as most of the island is going over VSAT. Hurricane wilma seem to have done serious damage the undersea cables.

    How many lines does C&W have? seems that every where a hurricane can strike in the caribbean might affect C&W cables...Ivan now willma? why so many lines?

    Hopefully when i get my dsl connection, which should be this week, c&w would have dealt with this prob.

    C&W is using a vsat to supply its customers with internet, until they get their fibre lines fixed then the problems will continue.
