Its surprising that you use the term phreaking. I dont think that many of the members here are familiar with the activity or even still practise it. (yes it can still be done even with the changes made at telcos via touch tone systems and other variations)

in this instance, i have taken a stand, we just dont condone the transmission of this info....

i also have a full understanding of both the modern and older meaning of the term.
