    hmmm jogging my old head...
Liner Exam has the questions becomming progressively harder... Adaptive Exams have the questions increasing in "difficulty" only when your answer the previous questions correctly. PLEASE PLEASE tell me if I was wrong
I do not remember how the scoring goes though.

I was remembering something along that line too Gillion ??? ???

If my memory serves me right all (256 mb DDR) the adaptive "adapt" to your current progress in the exam i.e Say you got a question on DOS -- Answered incorrectly the software gives you another question on DOS...

    Again.......

There are between 20 and 30 questions on each of the A+ exams. Because the tests are adaptive, your score may be determined at any point.

    What is an adaptive format?

An adaptive test adjusts its questions dependent upon your answer to the previous question. In this format, no two tests are alike and the testing time is greatly reduced.

The linear format is basically a set number of questions chosen before the test, that covers the tested topics proportionate to the making scheme. If my memory serves me right it is 60-70 questions.

This is not necessary. Examination Discussions can be done in the general forum or in the forum to which the examination applies. For example... A+ and the hardware section .
