I seem to like all the wrong things on techjamaica.com. I liked the off topic posts. They were very entertaining.
Liquid Bunny, PC Chick and Electrotechnic were always cracking me up.
Posts would always be locked just when they seemed to get interesting. I guess I just have a warped personality.
Oh well...
By the way, PC Chick where did you get this avatar? It reminds me of the original one. I like it.

I don't see why it should be locked indefinately
all forums whether it be tech, religion, gaming etc will always have a off topic section for the other aspects of our human personality
if the off-topic section getting too fat and getting too much attention it's best to say that straight and/or erge members to post more tech stuff
then again who am I to disagree

For anything off topic... go to CaribYard... I agree with the move as long as it is not an emperor palpatine style movement.
