    Lightbulb Appraisals, the real deal.

    Nobody really likes doing appraisals, but the have to get done anyway. If
    you are asked to review somebody but dont want to hurt their feelings one
    could select certain words to get the truth across yet still keep everybody
    happy.

    Lets say Mr. Smith hardly does any work:
    You say, you would be lucky to get Mr Smith to work for you.
    or Mr. Smith never appears stressed about his work.

    Mr Brown often steals stuff:
    Mr. Brown knows the value of office equipment and treats everything as if it
    was his own.

    keep this in mind when reading appraisals/reviews/references about you.
