WOW DECENT FEATURE CHRIS!!![]()
I am sure a lot of us here will find it very useful.![]()
There is a new feature recently added to the website, it's a Mobile Provider Query Tool. This feature allows you to enter a Jamaican mobile number and it will tell you the mobile provider of that number. It should prove useful especially when using the site's Web2SMS tool wherein you must select the mobile provider of the number to which you're sending the message. It'll also be a useful as a stand-alone tool, we know how confusing the local mobile numbering system is nowadays![]()

Nice Job.
Free Thinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, beliefs for privileges. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking; where it is absent, discussion is apt to become worse than useless.
very nice. much needed indeed. what will you come up with next chris??
Very good idea Chris!!!
Praise God...
trus mi, any-one ever look through that LOOOONG list in the directory.
Did yall even know there was a list of numbers in the directory (those first 3 digits) and which are C&W and those that are Digicel?
The query tool is good.![]()

keep it updated though.
You know what be even better? If this tool could be integrated with the web2sms tool, it would be even more excellent!!![]()
I mean, when you enter the number you want to send a text message to, have a small icon that, when clicked on, checks the mobile provider of the number. You wouldn't have to open a new window to check the provider.
But I wouldn't want to give Chris more work.
Nice going Chris.![]()

That feature would only work for the Jamaican mobile numbers since there is no practical way to determine the providers of the US and other Caribbean mobile numbers. So it would not be very useful to have a feature that is only applicable to a few of the providers listed.
