    www.foodnetwork.com

    they have really great stuff.

For technical, by the book stuff:
Alton Brown, hosts "Good Eats" which shows you how to make stuff that using right flame, right temp etc.

"Tylers Ultimate" has 3 variations on foods, etc. He has recipes for meatballs from 3-4 different countries and cultures, them he mix and matches to make his "ultimate version" I make his ultimate meatball every now and again, you coulda craven like shark, you cannot eat more than two.

There are others, what i do is use google to search for recipes, depending on what i want to cook: eg. I might do a search for Soutern fried Chicken, or for Oven Fried Chicken, depending on what i want to prepare.

If you are willing to part with some money, Meadowbrook United Church [next to the prep school] has this real nice, real reasonable cooking class. I can Guarantee it to you because both my parents took it to spend some quality time together but ended up making me fat! They can really teach and the variety is sure to impress any of the ladies I know fo sho!!!! 755-5168 You may want to ask for Mrs. Daley. Good Cooking
