    Default Science of Gool Leaders

Leaders are not only born great. Some are cultured from hardship of the environment they are from.

I propose that we should teach true leadership in school. Not to be confused with forms or variations of “police-ing”.

Just like how the government recruits young people to go into the soldier force, we should recruit young male and females into the government force. We would train leaders that genuinely represent the wishes of the masses of the people. They would be emphatic and seek to find ways to enrich, empower and feed/provide basics for the citizens. This is a core objective, and it is easy for a greedy corporation to style as it it cares for the poor citizens when it only cares about itself, and then try to influence this objective, but we must be wise and ensure diligently that primary care is for the majority/the poor/native Jamaican citizens.

The training would be paid for by the government.

At the end of training, there would be a test, a public quiz. The public would put questions to them. Maybe tru a text in questions to 1888NewEmps, a proxy AI interface would filter the more common questions. Then, in a publicized manner, the candidates would answer a set of these questions truthfully. They must each promise 3 deliverables. For example the answer to a housing question could be “one method of providing housing to N citizens at Y price in X time”. Bare in mind they are trained to do stuff like this. (P.S. Land is free without oppression influence)

Public voting would be done next.

Then chosen leaders for each category are contracted to 3 promises. From the promised agenda items they must deliver at least 2. The are replaced if they do not deliver at the end of 3 years, and demoted 1 level if they delivered 1 (2 levels if they delivered 0) and they cannot apply for a next three years

For those that pass or deliver, every 3 years they are retested with a the new batch, and then voting is done.

(Other countries have a similar breeding of leaders in the form of royalty i.e. Kings and Queens and Dukes etc. They are taught how to behave, however I do not think they are taught to stop colonization or to help citizens of distant colonies in the poor class)

There would be a minimum entry quiz on recruitment, with some empathy quiz questions. Recruitment is a choice, and only those who want to try out should apply. Anyone matching minimum specs can compete e.g. age range, reading & writing score, mental ability score.

There would be no blood line trait inheritance. That is, a persons heritage does not restrict them from entering, or does it guarantees them a position. I do not want anyone to feel like once he or she puts in the work then they still cannot be an “Emp” leader.

Any serious job, employers want to know candidates are qualified. Often this involves a series of training and tests. Yet we in Jamaica, generally do not know much about the parties that we are hiring to be the country’s leaders, and we contract them too long when they repeatedly break promises and tell every lie they can tell. A politician only has to lie well to get re-elected. No other job I can think of you can do this and then get several million dollars in pay. Our current system of government was forced upon us by the colonizers. Thus it may not be for the full benefit of the colonized citizens. Not even close. (Evidence in in the existence of a Governor General) However that is a different topic.

We have been having bad puppet leaders ever since the colonization of Africa. Basically greedy colonizers kill the good black leaders and heroes and replace them with their own. This and other oppression has sub-consciously put fear into the remaining blacks to retaliate (even if peacefully) and follow such fallen leaders, whilst the colonists find the worst and most selfish black men from the bottom 5 percent of the black population, elevate them and give then leadership roles, so that it will be a guarantee that those black will sell out the blacks now below them. Then colonists later publicize how black are willing to sell out other blacks, and leave out their diabolic plot in pushing for it to happen. Ask yourself why colonists had to militarize the port and the surrounding villages in Sierra Leone if it is true that typical black man was easily and willing to sell his brother. (See history post next)

It is very much a similar thing with our political leaders from independence to now, and we are lead to believe we have a choice of picking our government, but we are not choosing among a government of the people but a government of the will of greedy colonizers. Who truly wants the current government that we have. Or would you prefer what I have suggested?!

Government should be emphatic. Work with citizens and for citizens. And be held accountable, not for trying to enrich themselves like having shares in solar (this is OK) and owning solar ‘gas’ stations, but in depriving the nation from opportunities for likewise economic growth of citizens.

Default Long Post but needed History to Understand current Leadership

Some have tried to re-interpret black history by teaching things like it was blacks who sold blacks in Africa. While this is a fact, it is misleading because it is taken out of context.

Sierra Leone (SL) in west Africa was instrumental to the slave trade.
In late 14xx, Portuguese "discovered" it (Portuguese/Spain/France/England at this layer it does not matter) In a very short time, by 15xx, SL was invaded, attacked, and militarized along with the area around it. The Atlantic Slave Trade start after SL was militarized where many indigenous were killed. Just think why it was militarized and who were killed .

Stick a pin. Let's look a Haiti in the recent 100 years. You can see the history where it was recolonized, and dictators installed by military might to rule. Why would one democratic country install a dictator in another country . After the good leaders were killed off, a black bad leader was installed. This is the real context of modern blacks participation in violence. There are good and bad in every race. However it is the few bad that get highlighted and elevated in the black community by white colonizers.

Just like how Haiti has oil, and exports it (use to) without the majority of the population participating in the export affairs. Just like that, slave left Africa without the majority of Africans concurring. Any tribe rebellion would have to face the military force at the port, and then further retaliation by the port soldiers on the Tribe villages. I will let you decide who was the war mongers, and who was the greedy party.

Black people are the most peace loving set of people in the world in my strong opinion IMO. Also, I do not want to do anything to mess with that streak. White people are the leaders in war, death, and destruction. Leading since world colonization. Further lead in WW2 and Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Now, Puntin even furthers the lead with his dictatorship-like/kingly forced rule on his people, followed by the colonization of his neighbour country with peace agreements on weaponry. White people definitely winning in this category. This is Typical white colonist behaviour. PS not all white people, just the greedy ones which is more that a few or 5 percent IMO. I will still reason with them because of my black nature.

The Manes (so called by the Portuguese), Mani or Manneh were invaders who attacked the western coast of Africa in what is now Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone throughout much of the sixteenth century.
In the mid-16th century, the Mane people invaded, subjugated nearly all of the indigenous coastal peoples, and militarised Sierra Leone. The Mane soon blended with the local populations and the various chiefdoms and kingdoms remained in a continual state of conflict, with many captives sold to European slave-traders. The Atlantic slave trade had a significant impact on Sierra Leone, as this trade flourished in the 17th and 18th centuries, and later as a centre of anti-slavery efforts when the trade was abolished in 1807. British abolitionists had organised a colony for Black Loyalists at Freetown, and this became the capital of British West Africa. A naval squadron was based there to intercept slave ships, and the colony quickly grew as Liberated Africans were released, joined by Afro-Caribbean and African soldiers who had fought for Britain in the American Revolutionary War. The descendants of the black settlers were collectively referred to as the Creoles or Krios.
Above is a quote of what happened in 15xx in Sierra Leone, and it is a similar story for all the tribe inhabitants in Africa at different villages by different Europeans at slightly different times in the century.

To get into the psychi of the white colonizers, imagine the sardine ships that was used. Not even horse they would pack so.

I explain why Portuguese/ Spain/ France/ England are similar at this point in time. They are similar in that they war each other over who would colonize where. They, themselves, coined the term “The Scramble for Africa” to describe how they were greedy and loved to colonize villages on lands that were not Europes’. Villages that had their own religions and heads. Some Europeans rushed as fast as they could to kill natives off their land and the often war each other (I.e. war within the colonizers). However that is a goal post long since moved. New countries now exists and new heads. PS during the Scramble, the goal post was moved a few times between different European country.

There has been constant battle between the natives, and the colonizers.

For example, there is the Xhosa Wars
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xhosa_Wars

The Xhosa Wars (also known as the Cape Frontier Wars or the Kaffir Wars) were a series of nine wars (from 1779 to 1879) between the Xhosa Kingdom and the British Empire as well as Trekboers in what is now the Eastern Cape in South Africa. These events were the longest-running military action in the history of European colonialism in Africa.
This is not mentioned, or publicized in this context at the beginning. So if you do not know this history then you can be mislead by people saying blacks sold blacks. As I said before there is a lot of context and history that lead to that.

And it is out of context to say that Jamaicans sell out one another, when the previous Prime Ministers sold out the country at a rate faster that any regular business can process. The masses of the country did not concur with the sell out of resources to private corporations.

(The difference with Africa and Europe is that Africans are inherently peaceful. Just think why Haiti is repeatedly militarized. Haiti is from Africa.)

For people trained to be in the security forces, when on the job do they all carry out their role ethically?
While leadership behaviors can be taught, that alone wont make a honest leader.
