Dude, Aren't the "good things that come to those who wait" just the leftovers from the people who got them first.

Did some digging and found this!

Scotia's digital platforms for the Caribbean are being proverbially torn up, and replaced. Work is happeneing in earnest on this beta version of the new Scotia Caribbean app.

The app builds on top of Scotiabank Canada's app (the teams are shared). The app is currently only on iOS but promises new and innovative features like haptics & sound confirmation for transfers & phone top-ups. The app also stresses a Feedback function, which promises to enhance the ability of gaining user feedback.

Online banking is getting an update too; the bank is moving away from security questions to verification codes sent via SMS (finally) and intent on focusing on their app as the channel through which most/all banking is done.

The app details the bank's intention to serve (in the future) customers in Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Bahamas, Barbados, Turks & Caicos, and Cayman. Seven markets from the near 18 they previously served in 2018.

They took ScotiaOnLine off-line... there's a live banner of Scotia T&T's page that says so. Looks like the rollout is gone a bit awry :/
