Rough calculation is a 9 to 13% increase. Inflation?

Not sure if they trying to upgrade me before free internet upgrades or this trying to upgrade people is what they had up their sleeve.
My computer was down for 2 months so I never realized I got the upgrade too as I usually use the widget on my computer to monitor bandwidth. I'm really surprised they practically doubled my 25 meg to 50 megs now. I used to peak download speed on steam at about 2.4 MB/s and now peaking at 5.1 MB/s. I hope this does not increase my bill too as I never made any agreement with them to increase my speed.

25 megabit should have been giving you 3.1MB/s instead of 2.4.
The 5.1 MB/s you're now getting is reflective of a 40 megabit connection. It makes sense. 20 megabit customers were upgraded to 35 (15mb increase). Likewise, 25 megabit customers to 40.
Dude, Aren't the "good things that come to those who wait" just the leftovers from the people who got them first.

Received my electronic bill today. I can confirm there was no change in price on the EVO bundle (at least Blaze which I have). Also, I did not get any bump in speed

New package persons on the FLAME bundle are supposed to be upgraded to 5Mb up - not sure if others have gotten this, but I personally haven't. I've seen tests at other locations show 60Mb down and 5Mb up however, so it may be a staged rollout.

Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
