So their going to roll out new bundles and still be behind Digicel? Why not wait till them ready and come strong?
Digicel is far ahead in their offerings of their bundles that when Flow tries to do an increase, it not even register on the scale.

It's via HFC and VDSL2+ it seems. That would make for why the bundle maxes out at 2 Mbit/s upload. They need parity over both technologies. It's what they can guarantee to every customer really. I'm still surprised though that in 2018, C&W, who has invested much in improving their mobile data network, still thinks that they can't remove the analog streams in their cable lines and, using DOCSIS 3.1, start bonding channels, offer higher modulation schemes and fianlly offering upload speeds comparable to their mobile offerings. I'd appreciate if Digicel were much more of a competitor here, maybe they'd have taken them more seriously.

Had an issue with Flow service and was speaking with an agent about "Slow" internet. She then mentioned that they are coming out with new bundles that were comparable to Digicel service. I asked for her to send me details and she sent a PDF documents with the information I posted.

I'm paying $6999+ tax now for a 50Mbps package.. so if I can get 75Mbps for same money sign me up...

I'm surprised thou that they wont roll out a 100Mbps package..
