    Question Flow-Slow Download Speed

I am not sure what's happening here. My Internet speed is fine, i'm getting what we are paying for but the download speeds are as slow as a snail regardless of what website. Youtube uses top notch servers and the download speeds are crawling just the same. I am not sure if this is some other form of throttling ?

    Here's Pic of Internet speed

Those upload speeds are horrible but then again its flow lol. The speed test shows you that speed because you are using flow servers so certain issues on their end or if you are being throttled wont reflect in a speed test. try using a vpn and watch a YouTube video and see if anything improves.

@Dr.dre I tried a free VPN however that made things even worst. Like I said browsing speed is fine but download speed is below standards. Can't wait to relocate so I can get Digicel Play's FTTH.

Yeah Digicel Play is much better IMO. Ive had the service almost two years now and cant recall it having any downtime unless it happened while i wasn't home. Before i got digi i called flow and they told me i could only get 8mb/s in my area in Red Hills so i just waited for digi and now i have 50/25 and couldn't be happier.
