Scotia has it. I think FCIB also. And NCB. They all work online. Only some places (like Newegg and TigerDirect) don't take local cards.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

NCB does not have VISA debit..they keep saying next month,etc..but keep delaying and delaying.It was supposed to happen from December last year and ppl have been asking for it since 2014.
