LTE Lime compatible phone?

Looking to get some quick help, can someone confirm if this phone is compatible on Lime/Flow including its LTE network?:

This phone is most definitely work with FLOW including its LTE network (which is on Band 4). However, it can only do a maximum of 150 Mbit/s so when they add new bands to the network (like Band 5.. which the phone also supports), the phone will not be able to aggregate the bands to realize the combined speed. I'm seeing where the US and LATAM (Latin American) version of the phone are compatible with FLOW's LTE & HSPA+ network as well as with Digicel's 4G and LTE network.

Ok thanks for the clarification , just looking for a decent budget phone that is also compatible with Flow LTE to fill a gap.
