    Default 2016 budget phone thread

Creating this thread to post phones that are under $400 but still great.
You don't have to spend $700 USD on a phone to get a nice phone. Just making people aware.

Please post pic, price, place sold and specs of phone

    To start:
BLU Vivo 5R marries decent specs with $199.99 price

BLU has announced a new smartphone today. It's called Vivo 5R and the company says it's a "refreshed" version of the Vivo 5 launched in February. We assume the word "successor" isn't in BLU's dictionary, but that's exactly what the Vivo 5R is to the Vivo 5 in our book.

The new handset comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p touchscreen, a 13 MP main camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, phase detection autofocus and a LED flash, an 8 MP selfie cam with LED flash, the MediaTek MT6753 SoC at the helm (with a 1.3 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU), 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, 4G, a fingerprint scanner on the back, and a 3,150 mAh battery with 10W quick charging. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Its dimensions are 154.5 x 75.6 x 8.15 mm.

Most persons I know with BLU phones tend to have one issue of the other and serious ones just after the warranty expires. But I must say they offer great support during the warranty period.

Picking that up as well. Not sure why ppl still keep recommending that brand phones and worst yet want ppl to get it on pre-order
Will be watching this thread, need a new budget phone in the near future.

Well bro. when it comes on to electronics I like my own experience.

Half the stuff I have if I listened to people I wouldn't own them, and I have had zero issues.

These people don't tell you what they did to the phone. They just tell you it stop work. For me their is always more to the story.

What I find with budget phones they bog down quickly and if not in a case after a few months they look like crap, the same goes for most phone but they crap out allot faster.

I've used some good Blu phones, but smoothness and speed-wise they just don't match up. I've Used some other budget phones but not really for long periods.

    I'd rock a One+2 ... should be able to even get a One+3 for under $400

I post feedback for budget phones I've used.. you are posting phones I'm sure you've never used and have no personal experience with.. so your giving a blind recommendation.. notice other people come in a post feedback just the same...

You can't just say see some phones here below $400 that are great, what you use to justify that?? The internet?? lol You of all people always say you don't follow what other people say about phones..
