    Default sonicwall vs. cisco

Sonicwall vs. Cisco, what says you ?
I want to mainly be able to:

    1. Manage bandwidth as well as track what each user does.
    2. Block/Limit Youtube, Facebook, Torrent etc.
    3. Block unwanted traffic coming in.
    4. Track bandwidth coming In.
    5. Failover between providers automatically.

I have used both and personally I prefer the Sonicwall. The ASDM on Cisco never always worked for me. Never remembered all commands when I did my CCNA. I have 2 Sonicwalls in my current environment, love them both, both the Cisco and the Sonicwall can do what you want, I just find gui on the Sonicwall a lot better,. Oh and you will have to pay a yearly subscription for its content filtering service.

When you say Cisco, i think you need to take a look at Cisco Meraki MX as the ASDM isn't what you are looking for that's really really old school.

    Even have Auto VPN

    Check out Cisco Meraki MX

Thanks much, I've also heard the cost for the Cisco is considerably more than the sonicwall. I like the GUI portion of it being simpler than the Cisco lol, I still can't sit the darn exam yet Anyway i'll keep up the research but so fat i'm leaning towards the SonicWall.

You cant go wrong with the Sonicwall, featurewise its a solid mid level device and I must admit not having to look at a telnet prompt is a big plus. Cost wise its not even close I would recommend the TZ600 series.

Thanks for the heads up, I still have an ASA 5510 in my environment so I still have reason to use the ASDM didnt know there was an update.
