Default Software To Manage MP3 Files

Can anyone recommend software that can be used to add titles, artist names, album, etc. to mp3 files?

I bought some training videos. I have converted them to mp3 files so I can listen to them in the car. I need to label them properly by lesson topic.

Assuming you have Windows (yeah, big assumption I know), you can edit the file properties to enter that information.

Hey, just wanted to poke some fun - I know you're one of the smarter thinking guys so even if you were a Linux-only "fan boy" you wouldn't take offense.

I use Mp3 Tag and File Renamer.

File Renamer to bulk rename the actual file names(spaces, dashes, letters etc) and mp3 tag to modify tags.

    MP3 Tag endorsed.

If you have a large library and want to manage it then MediaMonkey or Songbird, Clementine, MusicBee or the like.

If you want Linux only you can filter the results on the site.

Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
