It's not false actually. If you watch any youtube video where they are talking about a triple A game on xbox vs PS4 you will see them comparing in the comments that PS4 can do 1080p @ 60 fps while the xbox one can only do 900p @ 60 fps.

Because console gamers are plebeians! that's why we pcmasterrace know everything tech in a console and the ps4 is a tad more powerful cause it actually run games at 1080p and xbox one runs it at 720p and 900p.

Not all ps4 games run at 1080p. Some run at 900p and 960p. Some even have 2 resolutions.
