The problem is that with most (if not all) dual SIM phones, only one slot can have 4G (or greater) at a time.
So one will have LTE while the other will go down to 2G. I had Digicel SIM in the lower slot.
There is a setting on the phone where the user chooses which slot is for higher speed.
So what 5dB suggested was almost accurate.
I find though that training/knowledge in the Digicel stores and head office is lacking. Wasted 2 half days because of that.
