Moto X first and second gen... I would just stay away from Moto X in general.. Maybe the pure is better, but I wouldn't chance it.
I even ordered an Outta box for a Second Gen and it had Crazy fitment and gap issues...

The Moto X Pure (2015) is well supported (it got an upgrade to Marshmallow from Nov last year) and I have friends that swear for it. Its a good middle end phone.

Yeah I don't normally listen to people about failures on phones. Its normally a user problem.

Like I saw a guy complaining about his Samsung phone is garbage. When checked it wasn't even a Samsung phone, it was a clone.

While GPRS might have a few moto x for repair, I wouldn't use his word to not buy one. Cause I am they didn't stop working randomly.

Fact is Motorola phones are kept update. Cant say the same about Samsung.

Precisely pezz, ive seen some 1 star reviews on products and when i check its because the person is a huge noob. Its like them. People on torrents that complain a crack has a virus or because they cant read instructions they say the torrent is trash

If a phone has a steep learning curve that's kinda a disadvantage. Not every user is a geeked up power user.

Any phone (iPhone) that noobs can maneuver will be winning.

Kinda going off what you said that people are noobs... hence giving bad reviews.
