Caricel sim are tied to the modem, not sure if it's by IMEI or MAC address of the device. However you will not get data services if you simply place the sim in another device.

And also your phone would need to support the correct frequency band.

remember u MUST toggle phone into LTE only. As Caricel doesnt have 3g signal

Next you do that, enter *#0011# and perhaps screenshot it too please.. I'm curious as to which Band they're using

Finally I'm getting some better speed now caricel called this morning to tell me that I should be getting better service now the upgrade they were doing is almost finished
