Suprise suprise I see a girl at a bar in negril with a s6 edge and ask her bout it

She tek out her wireless charger and seh, it charge it slow but when she use up to charge the phone, the battery last longer... I was at a loss for words...

Is that specific to the charger or the phone?

And how hot does the phone get while in the wireless charger? Compared to plugged in?


One disadvantage is not being able to use the phone while it's on the wireless charger, as we all are guilty of using our phones while plugged in

It is specific to both charger and phone. Charger has to be able to supply the voltage and current and the phone has to be able to receive the voltage and current.

Still not as fast as recent plug in chargers. about as fast as plug in chargers a year ago.

Phone doesn't get hot at all... well my phone in a case so I guess that helps with the heat..

i still think the wall charger is best IMO

only use really is overnight charging

if its that my phone need to be charged during the day, im going to be using it hence wired charging works best plus charges faster

nb: i do not currently own a wireless charger but i dont see the need for one

the day our devices starts to charge by being in the same room will be the real deal for wireless charging
