Default t-mobile phones vs AT&t phones

Good day all, I was wondering which works best in Jamaica. Was thinking of getting a note 4 but heard that At&t version is better for J.A. and T-mobiles models have signal issues sometimes.

    Is this true?

Either will work fine. T-Mobile phones come with all the bands you need as well. It really comes down to preference. I haven't had issues with my t-mobile devices when i visit ja.
