Bruh I'm not that deep into the technicalities ... Some special setting were configured in my phone and I got LTE Coverage from then on. I am tasked with utilising the service and providing the necessary feedback from a Techie's/Power Users point of view.

Speeds range between 15mbps - 30mbps Down and 4mbps to 10 mbps up but don't hold me to that as I have been getting some serious fluctuations in recent times. I am testing for the Manor Park, Stony Hill Area.

What you use your phone to do Cultus?

My still last all day. Other than when I am in a location where I have 1 to no bar of signal.
Excessively on Whatsapp due to work and for personal use, Google Drive constantly, FaceBook and Google Maps and Google Earth... All the radios are turned on and I no longer use Power Saving Move... the phone is operating full blast. Thank God for Power Banks I travel with two 30,000 Mah Batteries.

Those parts in bold.... Not sure if serious or serious -_-. You established you aren't a techy then say you are providing feedback as one.... [-_-]

About your speed tests, can you please try downloading something and report the speeds you see?
ISP rig their network to perform at full speed on Speedtest.net. So it isn't accurate for real world use.

Also I stopped using power saving mode from my Note 2 days. Gonna get a new case to make my Note 4 feel fresh, it seems I may be keeping it another year if more garbage is released later this year.

Pezz, take a chill pill man... Do Techie's specialise in every aspect of Technology? We all have our area of specialization yeah? Not every thing needs to be psycho-analyzed man. I do not specialize in Telecommunications. I have a Degree In Computer Science yes, however I have long left main stream IT.. I now specialize in Broadcast Media and I used my skills in IT as an asset in the field.

I'll be sure to do it later and post it here when I get home as I am no where near home right now. Post the url of your preferred speed test site here.

I'm doing a degree in Computer Science right now but I also plan to get Ericsson certification as well.... You don't need to be a telecoms engineer to be tasked with something like that.

To me, the network sounds like a Band 17, 5 MHz LTE network. Along with a speedtest from Speedtest.net, could you do a screenshot from engineering mode on your Galaxy (*#0011#) as well?

Just got in from a late night meeting. Here is the speed test that was asked for. I just did it and honestly this is the worst I've seen it. However I did say that I am seeing alot of fluctuations. I am told it's because of the dense vegetation in my area. They will be coming by my house and area tomorrow to some configurations. I also did the service mode ( *#0011# ) you requested.

Nice to see that that they're deploying 10 MHz of Band 17. Foliage shouldn't really be an issue seeing that you're on 700 MHz (it has great propogational abilities). I'm more inclined to think that it has more to do with your distance from the site or the Site Transmit Power seeing that your RSRQ and RSSI are so low. Anyhow, it's looking good from this side. They look prime to deploy soon.

Hope they light some fire under FLOW's lazy *** so they can give them some feedback.

P.S. 10 MHz of LTE spectrum with 2x2 MIMO & 64 QAM can do to 100 Mbit/s on the downlink and 33 Mbit/s on the uplink with 16QAM... You're well within the edge-of-cell performance expectations.
