Amazon handles returns by giving you a ups shipping label to print out and slap on a box to send back to them... If you're in Jamaica and go through a courier though that will not work out well for you, I'm guessing.

Listen... rma and returns are different. I asked how amazon handles rma. Just by the nature of rma amazon can't handle it unless you bought a product made by Amazon.

I'm pretty sure that I didn't say anything about RMAs. I was addressing Pow regarding his ability to get a refund or replacement if his parts were defective, which I assume is what he meant. He would be fine if he were anywhere Amazon had an official presence, but since he isn't, he'd he SOL.

Pow is talking about rma. Not returns. I am sure amazon has a deadline that is much shorter than what manufacturer warranty covers. So no he still wouldn't be able to return something to amazon if it dies on him unless he buys extended warranty from amazon which is still shorter than manufacturer warranty

Yeah I always make sure I buy my items that say shipped by and sold by Amazon as those process faster among other things. Parry I get my orders through use Amazon Prime, so think there are some benefits to be had from that.

Not sure about RMA and refunds, but I did order an SSD once and thought it was lost, so Amazon was contacted and they decided to eventually send out another one as they were unable to find out why it got lost. Ofcourse it seemed it was the shipping companies fault holding on to it because of some clearing issue though .

Yeah, Amazon is good like that. UPS once lost my package...then lost the replacement package, and they just sent me another one lol.

Generic PSU. Can't recall the manufacturer's name. Nothing comes up of importance when searching for the model information (SZ-450W or CS506GNC74) so can't help. Just replace it if you need it.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

Yeah what so special about that power supply? Generic power supplies are not good for mid and high end PC's and their are better power supplies out there that are not generic and have good reliability.

As khat seh juss replace with a newer non generic one.
