Default Microsoft's 'Linux on Azure' Cert Program Now Live

Many of you will know that Azure is Microsoft's cloud hosting service. However, many will not know that
It can run Windows or Linux and presently has about "one in four virtual machines" running Linux, according to a blog post by Alison Cunard, general manager of Microsoft Learning Experiences.
Microsoft in conjunction with The Linux Foundation has released a new MCSA certification for those who want to get certified for running Linux virtual machines on Azure.

    See the article here: https://mcpmag.com/articles/2015/12/...zure-cert.aspx

I continue to be amused by those people on the forum who do not understand the value that Linux brings to the enterprise.
Microsoft can now monetize Linux running on Azure, which may have prompted CEO Satya Nadella to declare a year ago that "Microsoft loves Linux." Since that time, the company brought its Linux collaboration efforts in house after initially establishing a separate company to address interoperability issues. Linux distributor Red Hat recently established a seat at Microsoft's Redmond campus to that end.
