    We may need to look atthe local small American ISPs with their Gigabit connections as a business model to imitate. My internet is basically on a stop and go at night. Streaming from Xhams.... er, I mean, Coursera, has never been so tedious.

    So who do we complain to regarding the unreliability of the internet service in the home?
    Called their support lines and can't get through, 20 min on hold then cutoff.

    Last time I called them was about two month ago, I think. Pure foolishness they telling mi as usual so f you even get someone might be a waste of time unless they actually get a technician to come look at issue if seem on your end.
