    first bug. high idle CPU usage due to programs in the notification area using up CPU (same percent most of the time)

    I dont have that issue.

    I idle at 4 - 15%.

    But how is that a bug? If the programs are using that much it isn't a bug with windows.

    Not having that bug either. You may have to disable those software's and do some troubleshooting.

    Also anyone see a Windows Index rating ting like was in Win7 and 8?

    Almost sure they took that out from Win8.. Google and you'll see how to get it..

    They aren't. ANd highly unlikely they are all using the same percent (within 0.1%). Had to restart to get rid of it.

    I like the new Windows Spotlight Lock Screen Changing Wallpapers.. Nice touch.. similar to what's on my Note 4.

    I also like the option to change your theme colour based on your current background wallpaper (forgot name now). Gives it a kind of dynamicness which I like .

    Anyone figured out how to use gadgets yet? I want to use gadgets similar to the ones i had on Win7 such as process monitor and hard monitor, etc.

    From Windows 8.1 it had that feature
