Go ahead and try get the direct feed line and report back. Personally Im still not convinced this is a on premises wiring issue, bearing in mind the problem is most prevalent during peak hour and furthermore recall what you said the technical told you "it's a problem at the office and they are working on it"
GPRS setup is a little different than the average he has shockingly 5 tv on premises, no wonder they needed a on premises signal booster and direct feed lines running to each device.

I'd say on average 3 TVs are on...And all my TVs are HD TVs, something to note is that I have tipple play, Cable/TV/Internet so my wiring had to be optimal.
As I mentioned I have no issue with Play/Pause/PVR no matter what time of day peak or not ... in-fact we use those features heavily...

Even at my office where I have older wiring I have hell with PVR functions. It's always freezing..

In terms of wiring at your house allot of the techs that come to install are looking the fastest and easiest way out.. the tech that came to my house, I know him.. it took us about 4 hours to re-wire my whole place. One thing I would say is make sure your modem has the direct feed as that is what all the AVS boxes get data from.

Problem seems to have gone away by itself.....maybe the tech who visited got Flow to do something 'at the office".....

I changed out my legacy system for the new avs system 2 weeks ago. I had 2 dvr boxes that would output dolby digital ( to my AV receiver)on many HD channels.
I have found that these new AVS/Horizon boxes only output stereo despite the dolby surround icon being blue (when you click the info button ) in the upper right corner of the tv screen.

So here i am with more HD channels but back to stereo audio.

Is it that FLOW have set these boxes to downmix all the audio to stereo? I"m sure that there is a fix for this but if you question the technicians, they have no clue about what I am asking. Customer support likewise has no clue.

Is it just me not setting something correctly, or is this a universal problem?

In Audio settings/Digital Audio change from Stereo to Multichannel 5.1 or 7.1
