    Ok, long story short, this isn't something the user will be fixing from what I see.
    This is a remote configuration for the most part.. and the tech will need to visit.

    • This isn't the normal fibre coaxial AVS... This is over DSL.

    From what I saw there is some configuration in the modem and the cable box.

    SmartRG modem: So everything starts from the modem > Interface Grouping

    Cable box settings, network settings > Internet > DHCP

    After you restart it should scan for channels and pull those subnets, etc

    Jesus Yes, My box kept restarting for hours. I haven't notice any physical difference. But under the hood, I'm not seeing any major feature change. Only updated version number and some information in Spanish.

    Hopefully your box will stabilize soon. That information outline in Spanish I suspect is the list of updated features so I went to babelfish:

    * Navigate the Channel Guide and play up to 7 days back (catch up TV)
    * You can start the program from the start anytime (Play from Beginning)
    * You can pause the schedule recording available from any box (require USB)
    * Recording for all: recording hours available from any box
    * My Favorites and parental Control function
    * Search in the guide function
    * Programming information
    * Search for favorite programs and film

    Only the first one seem new.

    The box has now stabilized. I couldn't watch any TV yesterday because of it. It settled down about after 8:00pm. Great to see you got the chance to translate the information. The first point is indeed new, we never had that option before.

    Had to dig this thread back up as it seem like the latest firmware upgrade a few days ago finally enable the "catch up TV" feature which was not implemented when last discussed, however it seem to go back only 24 hours not 7 days.
