This all in a bid to stem the flow of people cutting out cable tv service in favor of online streaming.
I am beginning to wonder of the internet woes aren't directly related to them keeping cable tv subscription "attractive".

Ok, went to Flow and switched over my package..
    I had watch basic+ & HD Basic+.. have 4 Tv's and my monthly was $10,400

I switched to Watch All AVS and my monthly will now be $8,475
They gonna change out all my four cable boxes to the new HD boxes for free.. I'll get 15hrs DVR with all boxes.

My internet will be upgraded from 10mb to 20mb for free until Aug.. if i decide to keep the 20mb my bill will be $11,970

Pic of the new HD Box...

Thats cool, when I called they told me the first box was free, all additional box would be $5,000 (I have a two box setup with no internet) look like you got some special as a FLow internet customer.
BTW whats the name and model number of that box?

Well they said the reason why I'm getting all boxes free is because I already have a HD box which I paid $30,000+ for.

Not sure of the name of model of the box.. when they install mine I'll check it out... I just know it's branded Flow...

    Things to note:
1.The AVS HD packages are not the same as the old packages in terms of channel line up, I currently have the Flow Watch Basic Plus (+) and a number of the channels Im interested in have been moved, so I would have to upgrade to the Extended HD package to get back most of those channels at a additional cost of $756.09.
2.Installation is free until March 31st, after that date its $2,100
    3. First HD Box is "free", additional box is $5,000 plus monthly rental fee of $295
    4. App coming soon*
    5. I gather you can get a $1,000 credit when you trade in the old Motorola DCT700 boxes
    6. According to the FAQ you can't go back to the old system if you change your mind

After reviewing the offering I realise its not such a bad deal after all, for me- Most of the channels I had before, 38 HD Channels, HD DVR w/ 15 hours cloud storage at a cost of $4,076(gct incl) or just $756.09 (gct incl) more than what Im now paying as a none HD customer.

If you have adult channels, they are now all gone on change over and only available on VOD for a charge.
