    Thumbs up DirectX 12 Can Combine Nvidia and AMD Cards

    This will finally lift the Nvidia vs AMD battle a bit if this is true. Who wouldn't be psyched for DX12 after seeing this :

    And you still can. Just that we have more options soon. Although this might mean console ports will become more rampant on PC .

    It will be good for using the nVidia cards for certain editing apps while having the power of the ATI cards to back things up. Also - since some games are seriously nVidia biased - this may change all that.
    Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

    I doubt it will change really. It would more improve it than change it since most of the work will be done via the CPU with DX12. If anything thought, this should make video cards cheaper in the future.

    Old and new AMD cards support all functions of dx 12 while even the latest Nvidia cards doesnt....
