    FLOW does so too, but at least is people that speak English as their first language. The Trinidadian accent not bad - but them Spanish accent persons make it hard to get some simple points across. Each time I called I asked about the SIM provisioning you know? *sigh*
    Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

    That should be illegal.... With the unemployment rate so high why are they outsourcing?

    I suspect their call center is located in some third world Latin American country where they pay the people slave wages.
    After LIME's acquisition of Flow gets finalize one can expect them to consolidate and move Flow's customer service to those Spanish accent people as well *sigh*.
