If I'm not mistaken this is only while the TV is connected to the net

I don't use my smart TV online, I simply download in bulk plug in a HD USB or SD and watch like that, if I need to stream just screen mirror

But anyway we all saw this coming

And samsung updated this with the 3rd oats and I think a different policy
