What is LIME's problem?
I called LIME last Sunday (Dec 7) requesting an upgrade from Mega Extreme (8 Mbps) to Mega Thunder (15 Mbps) and up to now I haven't received the upgrade. I called several times in the past week and all they could say is that they see it in the system where I made the request, but no progress has been made.
What the frick is LIME's problem? It's not even the Fibre plan where I figure they would need to come to the house...don't all they have to do is change a number or something?
I'm talking to you LIME affiliates of this forum.
And is not even like I can say "Ooh better switch to FLOW"...
Not cool.

Following this thread...
My service being installed today. Hope to get what I signed up for. I will be running Lime and FLOW at the same time here for 30 days as a test. Not much other choice until Digicel comes on line.
