Are you tech savvy...and able to deliver outstanding technically based customer service?
Do you possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and have good problem solving techniques?
Do you have an upbeat, outgoing personality and is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit?
Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills?
Do you practice active listening and personalizing techniques?
Do you have at least 4 CXC passes including English Language along with other IT or computer repairs qualifications?
Are you able to work in a call-centre environment handling inbound technical calls? Are you able to work any 8.5 hour shift including weekends and public holidays?
Do you posses a valid photo ID, TRN, NIS and Birth Certificate and proof of your qualifications?
