Well I can't find any software to test my wattage but I'm pretty sure I don't use that much.

    Went with this http://www.phanteks.com/enthoo-pro.html

$100. Will see how the clearing etc goes.... if it gets here. Can't make exotic choices like you since any case gotten down here is meant to handle as much as possible.

You need a watt meter or a ups with a lcd display. I say you are using about 300-400 watts depending on the game you are playing.

You dont overclock or anything so....

Ignoring potential for watercooling since I am not quite comfortable with that. Something simple like HDD support can be an issue. My motherboard has 6 SATA but the xb evo supports 4 x 3.5/2.5 drives, so right there you already have an incompatibility of sorts. Already have 3 drives and need more space. Intend to drop in 3-4 fans in addition to those already included and the XB evo doesn't hold so many fans. The xb evo only has 2 front USB ports and I go from 2-4 things plugged in often. safe as far as expansion cards and adapters I could mount on the back.

    Full case safer bet

Nice for what it offers and for the price. With Hdd sizes getting bigger, I wont be stuffing my case with hdd.

I am taking them all out and only leaving 2 or maybe 3. 1 for os and 2 for storage. Plus I have one connected to my router.

I never normally use the usb connections on the front. I use a hub on my desk.

Fans I wont stuff more in if I dont need to. What are you cooling?

Yeah summer was pretty hot this year as my processor temps as per speed fan reading went up to 45c when playing Watch_Dogs and Video Card as much as 70c, which is like a 5c increase from my normal load temps, so yeah big cases with fans are needed in JA for these times.

Anyways why do you need so much internal HDD when you can get external ones for permanent storage to lessen that amount you need for the internal ones?

I thought we confirmed your cpu isn't running at the temperature you think it is running at in another thread.

externals cost more, are messier and not typically used for installs. but yeah that's an option. Not saying I'd have 6, just the capability is there.
