    LIME coverage that they say they have is based on Towers multiple by Signal Range then subtract from Jamaica land mass

    The problem is the market, that's why both companies cater to 2G & 3G. You cant skip and go to LTE. The LTE market is young and it costs.

    And sadly...the market is "controlled" by said providers that will always do enough to stay +1 ahead of what the other person is doing.
    Not +2 (real LTE), or +3 (true unlimited bandwidth), or +4 ([put what is yesterday's tech in developed part of world here]).
