Anyone still interested in MMO's?


Swordman Online is in open beta and it is quite good. I had some free time this weekend and decided to relive a little of my MMO days.
The story is very engaging (i think thats because it was created from a a best selling book in asia) and its from perfect world so you know the grafic is pretty decent.

If you liked the Asian Ming Dynasty type era movies and stories you will definitely like this one. Lots of story mode(cut scenes) and cinimatics to keep you engaged. and the skill them TUN UP!!!

i have only played characters from the Spender School and Shaolin, with shaolin being the lvl30+ and another great thing about it is, its not all point and click when it comes to using your skills. If your facing wrong direction your skills wont make contact, if your too close and use a that requires a certain amount of distance your skill wont make contact either so it does require some amount of "paying attention" for you to play(for those lazy people there is the ever present basic attack if you want to point and click).
The really nice skill arent available to you until you get to about LVL21 so you will have to play through a bit with about two or three skill until you select the school you want to join and and basically complete the "graduation quest, Im currently playing on the Claymore server

Nice post not sure if I will have the time to try it but ill try to remember it in-case I decide to try another martial arts game.
